Hi My name is Robert , and i just got one of these a few days ago ,for me and wife to cruse it on the pond, i could not find any information about it, the guy i got it from say it was base off a real yacht from the 1940s ,and this Model was built in 1960 i was going to refit it to a new style and updated platform , because i could not find any information on it tell now . it a big scale boat at over 4 1/2 foot, long it in fantastic working shape just wonder if i can get any information please , any information i be grateful, i would hate to ruin a classic boat if it worth saving , Thank You

Just found one new in the box. Says Polar NR.584 on box. Looks like yours, any info on these still around? I picked up a Robbe Paloma and a Model Flight Spear police boat. All vintage new in the box. Just not much info out there.

I have this exact model it's been both moored and docked afloat in my pond for over 15 years, It's just a great all around workhorse of a radio controlled toy such a fantastic hull. It's been flooded more than a few times during heavy rain storms so all the RC equipment quit working and the propeller has rotted off but it still floats and I still use the lights on it it looks so good sitting in my pond I love it. Nice video thanks for posting.

I wonder who makes the biggest PT boat model kit in wood, plastic or fiberglass etc. ?Who Also makes the most detailed kit? I am finishing my Dumas PT 109 kit that I Completed 80percent almost 50 years ago!
